Social policyOJSC “Mondi Business Paper Syktyvkar” makes significant investments in every employee because investments in development of HR potential are same important as production investments. Only healthy and properly rested employee can be responsible to make quality products. Social policy is critical as it can make a lot to improve people’s life. Company managed to save all social facilities being clearly aware that sustainable production and development and accordingly the company’s future greatly depend on our employees’ satisfaction. Our social facilities show the best correlation with constitutional principles of Anglo American — “Good Citizenship”, and it is one of the key elements of Mondi corporate policy — “Pushing The Limits” aimed among other targets at HR development. Social facilities includes the Health Center consisting of a policlinic and a sanatorium; sport facilities, represented by MBPSY Sport Center “Bumazhnic” including Ski Center and an open stadium; a summer camp for children “Orlenok” located in the settlement of Kochoyag and also known as Parma Recreation Center in September-May period; hotel “Victoria”; dormitories, Ezhva Recreation Center located on the Black Sea Coast. Our company is amongst a few companies in the Komi Republic still building housing for their employees.
