Two steps labour school. Before the transference to�the Syktyvkar timber industrial complex worked as�a�construction deputy in�the Krasnoyarsk pulp and paper complex.

Was born on�the 20-th of�July in�1928�in�the town of�Dyurtuyali ob�Bashkiria Socialist republic.Russian. A�member of�the Communist Party of�USSR since 1957. Finished the Leningrad forestry engineering Academy S.M.Kirova in�1953, specialty of�processing engineer of�pulp and paper industry.

Before the transference to�the Syktyvkar timber industrial complex worked in�Uralplan of�Stateplan of�Russian Soviet federal socialist republics.

Was discharged in�connection with appointment to�the Astrakhan.

Shirjaev Oleg Alexandrovich

working period: 1967-1970

Was born on�the 19-th of�June in�the village of�Tuluboevo of�Solvichegorskij District of�Arkhangelsk Region. Russian.

Graduated from USSR extra-mural forest engineering institute in�1958�in�Leningrad.

Before the transference to�the Syktyvkar timber industrial complex worked as�a�director in�the Koysk pulp and paper plant.

In�may 1970�was appointed chief engineer's�deputy. In�1971 was discharged in�connection with transference.

Balin Nikolay Nikolaevich

working period: 1970-1988

Was born on�the 18-th of�December�1930 in�the village of�Novoe of�the Vologda Region. Originated from a�peasant family. The mother was a�housewife. The father served as�military personnel since 30-s. Finished as�lieutenant colonel.

In�1954 graduated from Supreme Naval engineering Academy named after Dzerzhinskiy in�Leningrad as�an�engineer-lieutenant.

From�1954 till 1958�served on�battleships of�Pacific Navy. In�1958 was transferred to�the reserve. In�1958�63�worked as�a�chief power engineer in�Vologda sovnarkhoz (soviet national economy). Then worked as�a�chief power engineer of�Cherepovetsk plant �Plywooddetail�, trust �Vologdalesstroy�. In�march 1964�according to�the summons arrived to�Syktyvkar to�work on�construction of�timber industrial complex. In�1965-66�came on�a�mission to�Sweden to�the firm, supplying the timber industrial complex with equipment. In�1968-70�Balin worked as�a�chief engineer of�STIC, and since may 1970�till august 1988�� as�a�chief executive officer.

Balin was rewarded for the great success in�management of�industrial giant by�valuable state awards. In�1982 he�became laureate of�State Award USSR for working up�and instilling new technologies of�paper and cardboard production on�the bases of�using foliferous wood. In�1986 he�was conferred the rank of�Socialist Labour Hero.

Since august 1988�till summer 1994�he�worked as�a�chairman of�State committee of�Komi SSR of�environmental safety. Since august 1994�was appointed the director of�Environmental safety and natural recourses Department of�Komi Republic. And simultaneously worked as�deputy of�Natural recourses and environmental safety Minister.

A�member of�the Communist Party of�USSR since 1957�till 1991. By�occupation he�made part of�republican governing institutions. He�was a�great football-lover.

Kononov Anatoliy Vasiljevich

working period:�1988-1994

Was born on�the 13-th of�January in�1937�in�the village of�Devyatiny of�Vytegorsk District of�Vologda region. Originated from a�working family.

Got high education. In�1959 graduated from Arkhangelsk forest engineering institute by�specialty of�processing engineer. In�1966 graduated from Leningrad forest engineering Academy by�specialty of�mechanic-engineer. In�1977 he�finished the reserve courses of�supreme management section of�Minlesbumprom. In�1987 graduated form Academy of�social sciences of�the Central Committee of�USSR Communist Party.

He�was the first director of�Knyazhpogost forest plant, the person in�charge of�forest industry department of�Komi regional committee of�USSR Communist Party.

Since�1988 till 1994�worked as�a�chief executive officer of�the Syktyvkar timber industrial complex. Rewarded with Order of�October Revolution, Red Labour Banner, �Honour Mark�, �dark Red Labour Banner�. He�is�entitled to�the status of��Honored functionary of�national economy Komi SSR�

Magiy Michail Yurjevich

working period: 1994-2002

Was born on�11-th of�may in�1958�in�the village of�Vyemkovo of�Lensky district of�Arkhangelsk Region. Russian.

Graduated from Leningrad technological institute of�pulp and paper industry.

In�1982 started working in�the Syktyvkar timber industrial complex: worker, chief foreman, cardboard production chief�s�deputy, chief of�the paper-making machine �1, cardboard production chief, chief executive officer�s�deputy, chief engineer. Since�1994 till 2002�worked as�a�CEO of�the Syktyvkar timber industrial complex.

Rewarded with the medal �Marshal USSR G.K. Zhukov�, with order �For the services to�Motherland� 2-nd degree.

Chesnakov Michail Petrovich

working period: 2002-2003

Was born in�France in�1947.

Graduated from the department of�business rights of�the faculty of�law of�Paris University, the faculty of�economy and finance of�the political studies institute. His career started in�finance sector in�France. In�different years he�occupied leading posts in�such finance companies as�Credit Lyonnais, Union de�Banques Arabes et�Francaises, Banque Worms. Since January�1992 till September�1994 worked as�CEO of�Credit Lyonnais Russia. In�January�1995 appointed finance vice-president of�the company Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) in�Russia, was responsible for business development and finance management of�important export contracts. In�September�1996 became President and Representative of�ABB Group in�Russia.

In�2002 was at�a�head of�Syktyvkar timber industrial complex.

Rinat A. Starkov

Born in�1969�in�Moscow.

In�1993 graduated from Moscow State Institute for International Relations in�international economic relations. Speaks two foreign languages. Has a�degree of�MBA, Clemson University (South Carolina, USA) as�well as�the license to�practice issued by�the accounting council of�the State of�Maine, USA). Served in�the army, married, has 2�daughters.

In�1994�� 1996�worked as�a�consultant, manager assistant, ��KPMG �Reviconsultant� Corp., Moscow

In�April�1996 was appointed to�the position of�Chief Operations Officer, management company �Martin Bauer Management� Close Corp., Moscow

On�the 20th�of�August�2002 by�the resolution of�Syktyvkar Forest Enterprise Board of�Directors R. Starkov was appointed to�the position of�Syktyvkar Forest Enterprise Chief Financial Officer.

On�the 13th�of�August�2003 the Board of�Directors in�Vienna (Austria) approved R. Starkov in�the position of�CEO.
